All our products are delivered digitally via an instant download link provided upon purchase. Because digital files are accessible immediately, all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed.

2. Technical Issues or Defective Files

If you experience a technical issue or receive a defective file (e.g., corrupt or incomplete), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@theprimaryacademy.com. We will provide technical support or a replacement file where appropriate. This is not a refund but assistance to ensure you can access your purchased product.

3. Customer Responsibility

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you have selected the correct product and agree to this policy.

4. EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the file has been accessed.

If you have not yet accessed your download, you may submit a withdrawal request within the 14-day window. We will process any eligible refund within 14 days of receiving your request. No return shipping applies as our products are digital.
